Consumers love to see the actual product before making a purchase. Using a window on your package accomplishes this without compromising the protective function of the box. At Disc Graphics, we can apply Rigid Windows (7 mil to 25 mil), Panoramic Windows, Cello or “patch” windows, and more. Windows can be decorated with foil, printing or specialized coatings and can be supplied in a variety of materials including APET, PVC, PET, and PLA.

Folding-Gluing/Bindery

Folding-Gluing/Bindery is the final step to producing a folding carton, and is often the most critical in assuring product integrity and functionality. At Disc, we have diverse gluing capabilities that match up to most carton constructions and requirements. The application of source tags for electronic article surveillance can be applied in-line, as well as placing cards or coupons directly into the package as it’s being glued. Our bindery has the latest computer based cutters, folders, and specialty die-cutting equipment suited to a variety of specialized, as well as general, commercial print requirements.
